Please read these Terms of Service (“Terms”) carefully before using our website or scheduling service with Welborn Garage. By accessing our site, booking an appointment, or using our services, you agree to these Terms.

Services Provided
Welborn Garage provides residential and commercial garage door repair, replacement, installation, and maintenance services throughout Texas. We also offer emergency and same-day services, depending on availability.
All services are subject to technician availability and service area limitations.
Appointments & Cancellations
Appointments can be booked via our website, phone, or approved third-party scheduling platforms.
Cancellations: Please cancel at least 24 hours in advance. Late cancellations or no-shows may result in a service fee.
Delays: While we strive to arrive on time, delays may occur due to traffic, weather, or emergencies. We’ll do our best to communicate promptly in such cases.
Payments
Payment is due at the time services are rendered unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. We accept credit/debit cards, checks, and other approved forms of payment. We offer financing options through GreenSky.
Unpaid invoices may be subject to late fees or collections.
Warranties & Guarantees
Our services come with up to a 15-year guarantee. What does guarantee mean? It means we don’t just warranty the parts we use for a couple years under “certain conditions” – we guarantee both the parts we install AND the labor used to install it, under any condition.
